DESCRIPTION
HC-154HX2501 is a 1.54 inch tft lcd display screen with optional resistive touch screen and capacitive touch screen control with a resolution of 240×240 pixels. This small size lcd display is in portrait mode, the TFT panel adopts IPS panel, left: 80/right: 80/up: 80/down: 80 degrees.Optional RTP or CTP.
This HC-154HX2501 inch module has built-in ST7789V controller IC, supports MIPI interface, the power supply voltage (VCC) range is 3.0V to 3.6V, the brightness is 380 nits (typ), and the contrast ratio is 800:1. This module is the industrial ideal choice for POS machines, instrumentation, etc. The module can operate from -20°C to +70°C; its storage temperature range is -30°C to +80°C.
